Infrared sauna has been shown to reduce inflammatory markers in the body, provide a natural boost in circulation with regular use attributed to weight loss and activate the para sympathetic nervous system leaving us calm and relaxed.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel bookings 24 hours at the latest prior to your appointment. Should you not cancel, a 50% deposit will be required before you next booking. Studio is located at the back of the property. Please park on the left side of the house and follow the path. Two very friendly dogs are present, please let me know if you'd like them inside prior to arrival.
