Balance classes are about core strength, both in the mind and body. This comes hand-in-hand with the stretching and strengthening as we see in Yoga. Sculpt classes on the other hand focus on building lean, functional muscle (with the bonus feature of mobility and stability).

Yoga Class

Hatha Vinyasa Flow

Gentle stretches combined with stronger movement blended with the perfect mix of meditation will let you leave this class feeling worked out and wound down.

Wildful Flow

Wildful Flow is a Power Vinyasa inspired yoga that is generally higher in intensity and designed to improve strength, flexibility, fitness and mindset. You can expect to move, sweat and breathe as we move through the asanas.

Relax & Restore

If you are ready to slowwllly draw down onto your mat with deep, unwinding stretches followed by a guided meditation, this is for you my friend.

The first 30-minutes are Restorative Yoga (stretching with breath) and the second 30-minutes is Yoga Nidra (guided mind-body awareness).

Pilates Ring

Mat Pilates

Level up your physical fitness with this core focused class. Legs and arms don't miss out and you will for sure feel the burn!

Reformer Pilates

This dynamic and low-impact workout utilises specialised equipment to improve flexibility, posture, and overall muscle tone. Perfect for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates enhances coordination and promotes a strong, balanced physique.

All levels are welcome and modifications can 
be offered to meet you right where you are. 

If you are a newbie (congrats and welcome to our club!) please arrive a few minutes early for a little run down.

We're not here to work your summer bikini body....this class is about creating strength, stability and mobility to allow us to be active with our kids, travel the globe with independence and live each year fitter and healthier. 
 

While we throw in a little bit of cardio, bodyweight and dumbbells are the star of this class.

Reformer Pilates

Restorative Reformer

Step into serenity with our Relaxing Reformer class, designed to stretch, align, and restore your body and mind.  Guided by soft, calming music, you’ll flow through stretches and poses that encourage deep relaxation while gently realigning your posture. Perfect for unwinding after a busy day or simply finding a moment of peace, this class leaves you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and centered.

Currently only offered as a Pop Up class, let us know if you'd like to be notified when the monthly schedule adds one in!

Exercising Barefoot

Beyond Barre

More than just your average Barre class, this higher intensity 45 minute session combines strength & ballet using weights, balls and other props, all while moving to the beat of the music.  

 

These classes are currently only offered as Pop Up classes, so keep your eyes out for openings or send us your details to find out when you can join.
