Balance classes are about core strength, both in the mind and body. This comes hand-in-hand with the stretching and strengthening as we see in Yoga. Sculpt classes on the other hand focus on building lean, functional muscle (with the bonus feature of mobility and stability).

Wildful Baby prenatal yoga is a practice designed to provide space and time to tune into the needs of your body, and of your rapidly growing baby (or babies!).
These practices combine gentle stretching and strengthening, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation, all of which can help with labour preparation.
