Ramon from Spirit Trails brings his gift of using several instruments, including crystal singing bowls, to deeply connect with your physical, spiritual and emotional presence.

Jennifer from Gumtree Wellness & Movement will be guiding you through a Yoga Nidra session.  This unique style of yoga will have you relaxing into a guided meditation, bringing a gentle awareness to a peaceful state.

Each session will run 30 minutes.

Please bring whatever you need to be comfortable in a lying position (or sitting) for the full hour.  

Outside of your own mat, you'll want to bring extra suppoert. This may include pillows, blankets and extra cushioning for under your head or knees. 

Doors will open at 6:45pm and remain open until 7:00pm at which time the doors will be closed.  Please advise if you will be arriving late as entry once we start will not be possible.
