It's our FIVE year anniversary and we can't think of a better way to hip (squat)  hurray than to let you come on by and join on in on all the things we love to do here. 

We have full day of FREE classes & the all important celebration for you to come along to.  

Yoga, Pilates, cake, Functional Fitness, champagne, PSH therapy, cake, Belief Coding, Colour Therapy, cake, Aromatherapy & Healthy Ageing classes, cake.

Lucky door prizes for each class and if you are a beginner or have never even stepped on a studio mat.....we can't wait to welcome you in and show you just how fun and easy it is to start.

Come on your own and meet some amazing local people or grab a friend (or 3!) and help us celebrate five fabulous years here in Murrumbateman.

RSPV is necessary so that we can make sure we can accomodate all partipants as class numbers are limited.  Please make sure you tick which classes and talks you are attending. 

Your own mat is necessary for any movement based classes.
