Yin & Hatha Vinyasa Flow

We have two styles of yoga on offer in the studio.

Yin yoga is a 45 minute class that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, allowing these areas to have a deep release that is unlike most other yoga classes The poses are held for up to 3-5 minutes.

A Hatha Vinyasa Flow class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronised with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time.
