Yoga

 Relax and Restore (Yin+Nidra)
& Hatha Vinyasa Flow

We have two styles of yoga on offer in the studio.
 

Our Relax & Restore  yoga class is a 60 minute class that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, allowing these areas to have a deep release that is unlike most other yoga classes The poses are held for up to 3-5 minutes.

Blended with the deeply relaxing Nidra, the last 30 minutes of this class will lead you into a deep state of mediation and relaxation through guided visualisations. This "sleep with trace awareness" .  Students say they leave class to have the best nights sleep ever!
 

A Hatha Vinyasa Flow class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronised with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time. It's the perfect balance of strength, stretching and relaxation.
