A Hatha Vinyasa Flow class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronised with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time.

Yin
Wednesday 6:45pm

Yin yoga is a 45 minute class that consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues, allowing these areas to have a deep release that is unlike most other yoga classes The poses are held for up to 3-5 minutes.

This class will get you moving your body, releasing energy and allow you to build strength and help with a health weight. We use bodyweight and bands to achieve your health goals while connecting with other likeminded women in our community.

Mums & Bubs Group Fitness

Ready to bring your sweet bub along to the studio so you can spend some time focusing on you?
Different levels of resistance are offered through the use of bands and your own bodyweight, allowing to work at your level.
Bubs are best suited in a carrier as mobility throughout the studio as not available at this time.
