Ready to bring your sweet bub along to the studio so you can spend some time focusing on you?
Different levels of resistance are offered through the use of bands and your own bodyweight, allowing to work at your level. Bubs are best suited in a carrier as mobility throughout the studio as not available at this time.

Relax & Restore
Yin & Yoga Nidra

Let your mind & body experience deep relaxation. Fall into a state of unwinding with 30 minutes of Yin followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
Yin will let your body find deep and longer stretches, holding each pose for a few minutes. This brings in the ability to let fascia of the body release. Nidra is "sleep with trace awareness". A guided meditation with visualisation bring the nervous system into the place of restoration.
