Join us at Gumtree Wellness for our Tuesday 6:45 Hatha Vinyasa Flow class. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a dynamic sequence of postures that will align your body and mind. This class is perfect for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Come and find your flow, and leave feeling energized and grounded. See you on the mat. $240 +10% GST Please be advised that this class requires a minimum amount of students. Should that number not be met, a full refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy

By booking into one of our movement classes you agree that you are healthy and fit to participate and have received medical approval if needed. Classes are non-refundable once term has started. Make up classes will be offered when and if available. Your own mat is need for each class.
