Service Description

Are you ready to unwind, let go of stress and stretch the body, releasing tension? This Yin & Nidra class will let you spend 30 minutes in deep body stretches followed by 30 minutes of a guided mediation. SO relaxing! This class is suitable for all levels. By coming along to this class you agree that you are healthy and fit and able to participate. Should you have any concerns, please seek professional advice before attending.
