Join us for a casual mat Pilates class! Get your core ready to get stronger along with a bonus workout for the rest of your body. Just bring your mat! By coming along to this class you agree that you are healthy and fit and able to participate. Should you have any concerns, please seek professional advice before attending.

Please be advised that appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If not, your next appointment will require payment in full prior to attending. Term classes are only refundable until 24 hours prior to the first day of term.
