Let's begin your day with gentle yoga and
deeply relaxing meditation.
All in the comfy cozy of your own home and in your own time with THREE weekly yoga classes as well as a guided meditation.
How does starting your day with ease and intention, rolling out of bed into to gentle stretching and mindful mediation sound?
Setting your day up with peace and ease and ready to face all that life throws your way with more calm and clarity.
Then friend, do I have just the chance for you experience a whole new start to the day, right in your own home.
Our Hatha class will let you stretch and gently twist your back and neck muscles, you know the ones....the ones that tend to get tight and sore from being at your desk and computer all day.
This 30 minute session will help you prepare your mind and body to flow with more flexibility and less tension.
Our Yoga Nidra allows for a full body and mind restful state, with gentle awareness during a guided meditation.
Setting your intentions for the day, allowing for your brain to be actively settled...and in turn, walking into the rest of your day with your nervous system slowed and infused with tranquility.

Ohhh and Sunday....the perfect day of the week to start with a meditation to set the week ahead with positive intention.
When you join our at home, online community you will receive 2 Hatha and 1 Yoga Nidra class as well as a meditation each week, pre-recorded.
You can participate in your own time and come back to each class as needed, as you will have access to all the classes.
Hatha Yoga
