Service Description

A Hatha Vinyasa Flow class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronised with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time. Dates for classes are: October 22, 29 November 5, 19, 26 December 3 No class Sunday 12th November

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If not, your next appointment will require payment in full prior to attending. Term classes are only refundable until 24 hours prior to the first day of term.
